Hey! 👋

I am a PhD student at Digital Environment Research Institute (Queen Mary University of London), supervised by Prof. Gregory Slabaugh and Dr. Ziquan Liu. My work is supported by DeepMind studentship. In 2024-2025 I also was a Research Intern at Huawei Noah’s Ark in London working with Ismail Elezi and Jiankang Deng.

My research focuses on analyzing intermediate representations in foundation models to enable more precise control over model behavior, with an emphasis on developing principled theoretical foundations for these methods.

Previously, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and Master’s degrees in Data Analysis from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Yandex School of Data Analysis (YSDA). After graduation I worked as an AI researcher at Huawei Russian Research Institute and Philips Innovation Labs.

I have rich experience teaching Machine Learning and Deep Learning and building educational programs at scale. I am a founding member, methodologist and lecturer of Deep Learning School (MIPT). I have taught ML/DL at Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and coached a gold-medal-winning team for the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI). I am currently teaching AI at Nebius Academy in London.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, walking, fitness and attending art events. Recently, I have begun exploring visual art and am working toward exhibiting my first paintings. I am also deeply interested in neurobiology and psychology, particularly in their connections to ideas in artificial intelligence.
